Crema Cafe is one of those rare birds that meet the criteria for both a destination cafe and a neighborhood hangout... the kind of place where locals, foodies, and everyone in between come together to experience great food made with local and organic ingredients.

Many of our regulars know us for award winning Sonny's Ice Cream — made right here on the corner of 34th & Lyndale for more than 65 years. Now that's what we call sustainable. All of our ice cream is made with cream supplied by happy Minnesota cows. Our sorbet is made with the ripest, most delicious fruit we can find.

Everything on Crema’s menu is made from scratch — from our real veggie burger, to our famous Sonny Burger, to our non-dairy coleslaw, each made with a minimum of 15 perfectly matched organic ingredients. We infuse the same passion and love we put into every batch of Sonny’s ice cream and sorbet. All of our chicken, turkey, beef and pork are raised naturally and locally. We object to hormones, pesticides and irradiation. We go to sleep at night knowing we served you the very best.

Select from our awesome selection of great-priced wines and beers, and our impressive espresso-bar menu with seasonal drinks — from floats to sparkling concoctions. Our custom libations beg you to sip and savor life.

From the moment you enter Crema Cafe, time simply slows down and invites you to stay in the moment. The piazza and gardens beg you to come, feel, and taste the love.

We are a lovely, but small cafe that cannot accommodate parties larger than 6. Private parties can be booked in advance during the hours that Crema is not open.
